Strengths

  • Participation - We all are good at participating and also giving room for other people to speak their mind, at least now knowing we are on the same page being used to “Follow the flow”. We are good at encouraging each other to speak our mind.
  • Openness - We share information about who we are in a good enough extent to which we get to know each other on a more personal level.
  • Humble - We are also humble, hence the few amounts of strengths we have listed.
  • Energetic - New thinking in regards to us being young

Weaknesses

  • Going with the flow, without expressing our opinions. We all have been through situations where it is easier to just follow the flow than to speak our mind. Especially being young people in a well established company.
  • Procrastinating - Delaying tasks to a certain extent. None of us procrastinate to the point of not completing the tasks in time, but we want to improve on this point.
  • Long term planning - time management
